By accessing NoveltyCardKingdom and initiating a fabrication request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. All assets produced by our laboratory are designated strictly for theatrical, novelty, collection, or private research use only.
The client assumes full legal responsibility for the intent, possession, and use of any customized assets. You affirm that your request does not violate local, state, or international regulations. NoveltyCardKingdom disclaims all liability for the misuse of our fabricated products in any unauthorized or illegal activity.
Due to the highly technical and bespoke nature of our multi-layered fabrication process—including laser engraving, OVD integration, and custom substrate synthesis—all sales are final. Once the production phase has commenced, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds for custom-made physical assets.
Estimated lead times are provided for reference only. Complex projects involving high-security elements may require additional calibration. We utilize discreet logistics protocols; however, NoveltyCardKingdom is not responsible for assets seized or delayed by local customs or regulatory authorities.
All original security patterns, proprietary substrate blends, and holographic mastered designs remains the intellectual property of NoveltyCardKingdom. Unauthorized reproduction of our security features is strictly prohibited.
